James Thomas is from Surrey England and played for Farnham Town FC first team in the FA Combined Counties League, winning the CC League Cup in 2016.  James also played for Farnborough Sixth Form College in the Hampshire Colleges League, and on the Hampshire County Team.   In 2016 he moved to Georgia and started at Young Harris College, where he had an injury that interfered with his season, but played in 11 matches at defense and midfield, helping Young Harris win the Peachbelt Conference Tournament.
