It’s hard to believe that we are about to start our 4th USL-2 (formerly PDL) season! Looking back, there have been quite some incredible seasons and hard-fought games, from watching players’ journeys playing in college and at Peachtree City MOBA to moving on to the “real” world after college. Each team, player and coach have contributed to that story that we call the “MOBA STORY”. Over the next couple of weeks, we want to share some of these stories before we kick off to an INCREDIBLE 2019 USL-2 season! Here we come, team #PEACHTREECITYMOBA!
Our next featured player is Nick Hague! Nick was born in England and has been playing soccer since he could walk. He played for Sheffield Wednesday FC for 10 years before he moved to the US. The first college Nick attended was Clayton State in Georgia, where he completed his first two years. He then transferred to Georgia State University for his final two years. Nick graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance.
This is what Nick has to say about his experience: "I played for MOBA Soccer in their inaugural season (2016), which was my first experience in the PDL/ USL 2, and what an experience it was! Playing for MOBA over the summer gave me the opportunity to hone my skills and stay sharp during the off-season. This put me on the best path possible to excel at my new school. The players and staff at MOBA were fantastic, and I keep in touch with many of the MOBA family. I have recently graduated (May 2018). I am now working for MOBA Soccer’s affiliated company, MOBA Corporation, as a Financial Analyst. The culture within the company is much like the culture cultivated on the soccer side. We work hard, we work as a team, and are encouraged to always keep improving. Thank you for the time I spent at MOBA Soccer."

Thank you Nick for your hard work and passion! #mobaalumni
