The USL-Academy boys program will be one of the highest levels of youth soccer and the pinnacle of the youth system at MOBA, providing a clear pathway to being a professional player with a direct connection to the USL Senior team. With a seamless transition from youth to pro, it will consist of players from U17 to U19 and give opportunities for exceptional u16 and u15 players. The USL-A program at MOBA will offer a holistic development model for aspiring youth players who want to play at the highest levels of the game. 

The program, housed at our state-of-the-art facilities, has a fully integrated Sports Science department with a focus on decreasing the likelihood of injury, while also improving key physical aspects of soccer performance including speed, strength, agility and endurance.  It will also include video analysis, classroom sessions and has an experienced coaching staff. The 10-month season will typically last from February to November, corresponding to the professional leagues in the U.S. and through USL-A competitions, players will have the opportunity to play in front of MLS, USL and top college scouts.

It will be a truly professional environment and offer a complete approach to preparing players physically, mentally, technically and tactically for the next level, with the ultimate goal of pushing players into the Senior team and onto other professional teams.
